Register and Sign In#

The app supports username and password sign-in. New users can create an account from the sign-in page. Email is used for verification and password recovery. Select Forgot password below the sign-in form when needed.

Sign-in progress appears in a small overlay and does not freeze the main interface. If sign-in fails, follow the displayed reason and check the account, password, account status, or network connection.

Trial and CDK#

  • A trial requires an account and is limited by time and device count.
  • To redeem a purchased CDK, open the user center, select Redeem CDK, and enter the complete code.
  • The plan and expiry refresh immediately after successful redemption.

User Center#

Select the user icon in the upper-right corner to view:

  • Plan name and expiry.
  • Remaining export quota.
  • Current device and device limit.
  • Account management, CDK redemption, and sign out.

When offline, the app may show the last cached account details. Remote export still requires a valid connection and available quota.

Purchases and Orders#

  • Select a plan from the user center to open the web checkout page and choose an Alipay payment method.
  • Desktop browsers use Alipay computer website payment; mobile browsers use Alipay mobile website payment.
  • After confirming payment, the order is created as pending payment. On the following page, select Open Alipay cashier; Alipay opens in a new browser window or tab.
  • Subscription renewals are added after the current expiry date and do not discard remaining time.
  • Users with a perpetual entitlement cannot purchase another perpetual or subscription plan.
  • After payment, use the Orders page to view payment status, the event timeline, and the refund entry.

Refunds#

  • A paid order can be refunded from its order details page.
  • Refunds require administrator approval; the Alipay refund API is called only after approval.
  • After a successful refund, funds return through the original payment route. Settlement time depends on Alipay and the bank.
