Troubleshooting
Cannot Sign In#
- Verify the username and password.
- Follow the message if the account is suspended, missing, or at its device limit.
- Check system time and network access.
- Use password recovery from the sign-in page when needed.
Cannot Export#
- Select a Minecraft client version.
- Confirm the plan or trial is active and has remaining export quota.
- Read the red failure reason in the export result window.
- Resolve out-of-bounds buttons, invalid overlaps, duplicate IDs, or an invalid resource namespace.
Textures Do Not Appear In Game#
- Merge the complete output into the server's
pluginsfolder. - Reload the target resource plugin and rebuild its resource pack.
- Confirm the player received the latest resource pack.
- For CraftEngine, check container packet interception. For Oraxen, check its version and automatic font generation.
Texture Position or Sharpness Differs#
- Do not manually change exported PNG aspect ratios.
- Prefer integer pixel-art scales such as
1x,2x, and4x. - Match the selected Minecraft client version to the player's client.
- Verify composition in Effect Preview before testing in game.
Project or File Was Not Saved#
- If another process exclusively locks the file, wait and retry.
- After an abnormal exit, reopen the app and accept the recovery prompt.
- Use Recent Projects to search by project name or path.
Update Check Fails#
An update-check failure does not affect local editing. Check the network and run Check for Updates again from Settings.
