Permissions

/katpa location ... (also /katap location ...) has no permission node: save, tp, list, and delete are restricted to the server console in code. OP or katpa.admin does not grant players access.

The same applies to katpa.home.amount.*—granting katpa.home.amount.5 allows the player to set 5 homes.

The same applies to katpa.pwarp.amount.*—granting katpa.pwarp.amount.3 allows the player to create 3 player warps.

Permission plugins can remove default access or grant these permissions only to selected groups.
